The property in question was built as a stone architectural structure in the early 1900s. Our facility which are located on the foothills of Kazdağları where there is the highest oxygen rate in the world after the Alpine mountains in Switzerland, started operation in 1913. Our factory which has still old pressing systems used to produce the first olive oil in Turkey has been producing olive oil by renewing the machines since that time.
The plot where the factory is built is suitable for hotel construction in terms of land size (as square meters). According to both its architectural structure and its location, it has an important geopolitical position that makes it very much suitable for mountain tourism, marine tourism, history tourism, hunting tourism, olive oil tourism.
There are an olive oil production area, a soap production building, an olive processing building, a building with shops and two pools in the total area of 7665 square meters.
In the middle of the buildings, there is a single-storey house with 288 square meter area including its own garden and a gate opened to the factory. The places that were actively used are the house and olive oil production building. Other places are used for storage purposes.
The property mentioned is only 4 km away from Edremit Koca Seyit International Airport. It is only 10 km from the Kazdağ and 8 km from the Edremit Gulf.
A project built on the property with the right investment, can bring commercial profit to the investor in a short term. If all these things are taken into consideration with the right point of view, it will be seen very suitable for culture tourism.
